My story

Soft daylight wellness still life with water, whole foods, and journal

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Arizona, living with my husband, two children, and a full house of pets: two dogs, two cats, and a chinchilla.

My path into nutrition was not something I always planned. I struggled with my weight from a young age and often used food as a way to cope with emotions. For years, I felt stuck in patterns that did not truly support how I wanted to feel.

Everything started to shift in my twenties when I became pregnant. That was the first time I began to truly commit to becoming healthier. I quickly noticed the difference: more energy, improved confidence, and overall feeling so much better. This transformation was so powerful and I felt called to share it with others.

During my journey to improving my health and becoming a dietitian, I learned that dieting does not have to be extreme to be effective; it just has to be intentional and sustainable. There is so much conflicting information out there, and it was really hard to sift through the nonsense in the search for truth.

Today, I use both my professional training and personal experience to help others create that same shift. Whether someone is getting ready for a wedding or just wanting to feel more confident in their body, my approach focuses on realistic strategies that fit into real life.

Lasting change is not about perfection. It is about building habits that actually work.
